I can’t say that I am the biggest fan of motivational posters, or motivational speakers or motivational...stuff. But I do feel like, every once in a while, we all need an “atta-girl” from someone else. It’s always nice to know that your back is covered. And lately I’ve been feeling that the ladies of this world need to know how wonderful they are. So here, let me just tell you, you are a wonder, woman.

St. Rebecca, Our Lady of Tank

I have to admit that I am pretty pleased with this drawing. I’m a long time fan of Tank Girl and I really just wanted to do her justice. I also wanted to make sure Booga was there...and Camp Koala just seemed like a natural.

Bell. Book. Candle.

Sometimes it’s got to be about evoking another image. Bell, Book and Candle is a favorite movie of mine, and this is an attempt at evoking a famous moment from that movie. But man, Kim Novak’s hair was an amazing color not found in nature and poor Pyewacket was the goofiest looking cat that ever goofed, what with his crossed eyes, and little pink tougue. I’m not sure I do either of them justice, but I enjoyed trying anyway. I’ll probably keep working on this one...

Bad Ideas.

I’ve had this in mind for a while, but I am not sure what to do with it. I am thinking it might make a good notebook cover...or possibly the cover for my SDCC sketchbook...
